Official Columbiana County court questions belong with the clerk or court division that maintains the case. The private resource does not accept record requests, change court dates, or issue copies. Ohio has no public statewide trial-court case portal, so the correct local route begins with the County Clerk of Courts Case Access page and then the appropriate Common Pleas, County Municipal, Probate, Juvenile, or city court channel.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the local court route that matches the case rather than looking for a statewide Ohio case system. The Columbiana County Clerk of Courts Case Access page is the online starting point for Common Pleas and County Municipal searches, with separate Probate access. The Clerk cautions that the index is case sensitive, advises lower-case name searches, and notes that recent filing or decision information may not yet be posted.

  • Common Pleas General or Domestic Relations docket: start with the Common Pleas Benchmark route on Case Access, then contact the Clerk for an official copy, an older file, or an unposted record.
  • County Municipal docket, citation, or setting: use the County Municipal Benchmark route or contact County Municipal directly for traffic, misdemeanor, small-claims, limited-civil, and related matters.
  • Probate record: use Probate CaseLook to locate an open matter, then contact Probate for verified information because CaseLook can lag a filing or judicial action.
  • Juvenile record: contact the separate Juvenile Court clerk only if access is authorized; Juvenile records have distinct restrictions.
  • City ordinance or eligible traffic matter: identify the relevant mayor's court first before using County Municipal, and do not use an outdated East Liverpool Municipal Court listing because the city says that court is closed.

County Municipal Court is at 38832 Saltwell Road, Lisbon, OH 44432, 330-424-5326, with weekday hours listed as 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Probate is at 105 S. Market St., Lisbon, 330-424-9516. The separate Juvenile Court clerk is at 260 W. Lincoln Way, Lisbon, 330-424-4071. For Common Pleas records before March 1993 or County Municipal records before March 1996, contact the Clerk's office instead of repeating an online search.
